10° Conference | 2017

TPSR Alliance Conference 2017 - June 28 – July 1 - Adelphi University Manhattan Center

The TPSR conference began with hotel check-in and an Advisory Board meeting, followed by a casual meet-and-greet at the Sheraton Tribeca Hotel bar. The main sessions, held at Adelphi Manhattan Center, included keynotes and breakout discussions centered around key themes such as social-emotional learning, training TPSR leaders, international approaches, and applications with high school and special populations. Participants engaged in panels on career paths in youth development, TPSR in community and school settings, and innovative programming for underserved youth. The event also featured sessions on ongoing research and future initiatives, including pre-conference planning for AIESEP 2019. The conference concluded with an evaluation and strategic planning session at the hotel. Meals and networking opportunities were interspersed throughout, including a group dinner at Arturo’s Restaurant.
